Event Guides

Every event guide is time-sensitive. We specialize in meeting tight deadlines. Event guides commonly have numerous stake holders and information can be delayed. Last minute changes require calm, careful planning. PBD has successfully designed and printed over 60 event guides since 2008. Initially, we meet with our clients to understand an event’s creative direction that is created for each specific event. Then we set up a schedule for layout and reviews. We secure paper and a press schedule behind the scenes. We always work closely with art directors, copy writers to make sure our event guides compliment other collateral and signage. Once approved we go to press and deliver the guide to the event.
